• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon for commissioned works.
• For commissioned pieces, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your spot in the Artist’s calendar.

4. Shipping Policy

• Free shipping is available for all original artworks within the U.S.
• Oversized works may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated prior to fulfillment.
• Local pickup is available in Scottsdale, AZ, upon request.

5. Refund and Return Policy

• All sales are final. However, if your artwork does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
• In the event of damage during shipping, please provide clear photos of the artwork and packaging within 7 days for assistance with a replacement or insurance claim.

6. Copyright and Licensing

• All artworks are protected by copyright. Purchase of artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
